Shipping Policy

At Vital Cave, we aim to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping and deliveries.

1. Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Within 5-7 business days for urban areas and 7-10 business days for rural areas within Pakistan.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on location, and during high-traffic sales periods or public holidays.

3. Shipment Tracking:

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
• Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Local Pickup:

• We offer local pickup at our designated location in Karachi. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you.

5. International Shipping:

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our delivery network to serve international customers in the future.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

• We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.

7. Delivery Issues and Delays:

• Vital Cave is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events such as weather, shipping carrier delays, or strikes.
