At Vital Cave, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds, particularly for perishable items. Please read our policy carefully.
We have a 7-day return policy for non-perishable items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. For perishable goods like honey and food items, we only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vitalcave29@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
For damaged or incorrect items, we may ask for photos of the product and packaging to help assess the issue and expedite the process.

Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return any eligible item and place a new order for the desired product.
Once we receive and inspect your return (for eligible non-perishable or defective items), we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
