Refund policy

Vital Cave Return and Refund Policy:

At Vital Cave, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds, particularly for perishable items. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Return Policy:

We have a 7-day return policy for non-perishable items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. For perishable goods like honey and food items, we only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging.
  • For non-perishable products (such as packaging accessories, gift items, etc.), you have up to 7 days to request a return.
  • For food products, returns will only be accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong.

Important: We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or if the original seal is broken, due to hygiene and safety concerns with food and wellness products.

2. Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vitalcave29@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

For damaged or incorrect items, we may ask for photos of the product and packaging to help assess the issue and expedite the process.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns on items such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., honey, plant-based powders, dried fruits, etc.).
  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., custom gift hampers).
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If you have any concerns about a specific product, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing to discuss further.

4. Exchanges:

Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return any eligible item and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return (for eligible non-perishable or defective items), we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Refunds for damaged or incorrect items are processed quickly, but it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
